How is Dog Gone Pain different from Glucosamine and chondroitin?

DGP works fast – most people report noticeable results in their pet in just one to two weeks; glucosamine & chondroitin products can take up to 6 months to work.

DGP is a more complete formula – not only does it help support mobility and flexibility, it also has ingredients that support the nervous system, gastrointestinal, skeletal and immune health.

How quickly does Dog Gone Pain get into a pet’s system?

DGP fully gets into a pet’s system quickly – most people see significant results in one to two weeks.

Can Dog Gone Pain be given long term?

DGP can be given on a long term basis. DGP’s ingredients have been shown to be safe for long term usage, with no adverse effects.

Can my dog take Dog Gone Pain if he is on other medication?

If your dog is already on medication, always discuss DGP with your vet before using as the herbal ingredients could have the potential for altering the rate of absorption of medications such as antibiotics, anticoagulants and NSAIDs.

Are there any potential negative short term side effects?

On very rare occasions DGP may cause gastrointestinal distress in the form of vomiting or diarrhea. If your dog is known to have a sensitive stomach we recommend introducing DGP slowly — give 1/4 of the suggested usage for the first 3 days and then increase it by 1/4 every 3 days after that until reaching the appropriate amount.

Any gastrointestinal distress is very uncommon and usually only occurs with dogs with known sensitive stomachs and even then its a very rare occurrence.

My pet is allergic to wheat, is wheatgrass the same?

Wheatgrass is not a problem for pets with allergies to wheat. Wheatgrass is harvested before the wheat allergen is formed.

Can Dog Gone Pain be given to cats?

DGP is also suitable for cats.

Please note there are various articles describing the affects of arthritis and other joint related issues such as hip dysplasia on the internet.

Product Reviews

I really cannot believe that a product exists that lives up to its claims. After only 2 days the difference in my 10 year Cavalier was amazing, eager to go out again and climbing the stairs. Thank you very much to DGP.

I have used DGP for the last three and a half years on my Bulldog. I have tried many different products without success but DGP has helped beyond belief. She can now jump on and off the couch without any problems. I have also used DGP on various other dogs with excellent success. I am delighted that I can now buy the product in the UK without me having to import it from the USA.

Thank you so much for the trial pack of DGP I am really impressed with the difference this has made to my 10yr old Papillon. She is now running around like a 2yr old. I am really looking forward to showing her in veteran bitch at Crufts next month.
